    Does anyone know if there is an available patch for 9.5.0 for supporting Office 2007 documents or is it just a configuration setting that needs to be done? Currently we cannot upload any .docx, etc documents. thanks in advance!! Greg

    Migration from ARS 6.3 to 7.1

    Since all we upgraded was the AR Server side, we didn't have to do any data migration. If you are upgrading the applications such as Service Desk, Change or Asset, that will be much more complex depending on customizations, etc. Greg

    Widescreen Monitor Issues with Remedy 5.0

    I know that if we have Windows set to Large Fonts, then it will make the fields overlap and cause problems in the Remedy client. Just turn off Large Fonts in the Windows Display settings, and you should be good. Greg

    Just curious... Are you upgrading your applications as well as ARS or just ARS? If you are upgrading just ARS, you might as well go up to 7.1 with the Midtier upgrade. I know it has no problems with IE7 because that is what I'm running. Greg
