Workgroups with Outlook
If you assign resources to Summary/Outline tasks as well as the tasks below the Outline tasks, you can't use Resource levelling as there is always be a conflict.- rnwhelan

Workgroups with Outlook
I have noticed that when sending TeamAssign messages to an outlook client, MS Project 2000 only sends the lowest level of tasks to outlook. The Outline tasks are not sent. Does anyone out there know how to get the Outline(Summary) tasks sent as well?- rnwhelan
