    Changing American date format in Excel 97

    We have Windows 95 desktops with Office 97 SR2 installed where I currently work. Even with regional settings as English (time and date), Excel will always show the dates in the American format (MM-DD-YY). Is it possible to change this?<br> <br> Thanks,<br> <br> Alan.

    Restricting users from installing programs

    I'd suggest tying their hands together with Cat 5 cabling and beating them about the head with an old copy of Computing. Works for me....
