I've installed several pdf-print-driver and there where nothing to change.
123R5, W2kSp2, Acrobat Distiller, PDF-Writer, JAWS-PDFCreator and PDF-Factory.
I would say load down the trial version of PDF-Factory - I think fineline.com - and try it.

The best way to print grafiks from 123 is to use a PDF-print-driver. That should solve your problem. Also the well known 123R5 grafik bug, printing lines always thin, then is no longer a problem. With a little bit scripting you can do all batchwise.

Okay, let's try the hard way: RegEdit.
Start Regedit.
Navigate to:
HKCU\Sofware\Lotus\123\99.0\UserPreferences
Then in the right window go to:
EnableAutoExecMacro
From the main menue choose:
EDIT -> change
In the upcoming Dialog select:
Value = 0
and press OK.
This enables auto running...
In 123R9x it's round about the same. In addition R9 starts automatic all files which are stored in a auto-directory. So delete/move all files you have in this directory. By standard it is ...\123\auto.

Yea I think it's mainly for Win95 compatibility, not special for Win311/16.bit. I don't can state the direct address because I got it from the German pages.
You will find it in the MS Knowledgebase (search for Compatibility). The german article to this is translated from the english one...
I changed from Win98 to Win2k(SP2)/NovNet4.831 and work at the moment with both. I also got problems in a (branch) loop, in a macro that runs proper since 123R1a (with some small changes). It's a backup macro. After 50 backups he needs a pause (the memory check shows 100% usage). After 5 minutes...
I run 123R5 on Win2k prof. with SP2 and Novell Network 4.831 SP1 without problems. Only /pp and /pf doesn't work. Perhaps you look for W2k Service Pack 2 or also actual Service Pack 3 should work. I tried also the compatibility tool - to test for /pp and /pf - but that is not really needed...
