DND not set. that's the problem. I am only having difficulty with this on this 3.6 and have had a similar issue on another 3.6 bcm. really what I am wondering is if any one knows of issues with this release or corrupt patches. this one is current on the patches. to me it seems like...
not sure I posted this correctly. first this is a bcm200 not 300.
what I have is three phones with the need to have multiple calls ringing in on each. currently the three sets have six intercom paths and the target lines are ring only. when call 1 comes in and it is answered, the problem...
Customer needs to have multiple target lines on three sets, each target line needs multiple appearances on each phone. Problem is that on x221 I have target line 241 appearance of 6 and can only have one appearance of 242, 243, 244. On x222 I can have six appearances of TG 242 and only one of...
If this is an old 6x16 flat panel system the answer is no. If you have DR5.1 software you can run a FLash 2.0 only. No call pilot on anything lower than MICS/CICS 4.1 save a 3x8 DR5. No Nam, Might come up but you will have strange issues.
That's correct. You will need to move up to a CICS or a MICS running 6.1 or higher software. The CICS would probably be the better jump up from a 6x16.
Read what DigitalD stated, It is very possible and works fine. Allow redirect to Y, Build a route 001 to use Pool A, Place lines in Pool A, build a destination code of 9 to point to route 001. From the set you wish to forward, Feature 4, 9 then the dial string exactly how you would dial it...
You need a C6 module, and service from the carrier. Connect line one to the W/Bl pair on the amphenol off the C6. Then from the W/Bl pair (yes, straight through)continue to the phone system. DO this for each line, W/O pair is line two, W/Gr is line three..
Customer will have to use Feature 811...
This is a fraction PRI? Did you change deprovision the unused channels along with link status under "MAINT"??
Not sure if that is the issue but have seen other issue when the link status wasn't correct for the deprovisioned channels. Good luck.
Both are correct. Teloc needs PRI for caller ID, and the partner does not support PRI. If you have to have caller ID on your lines then you will need to replace the phone system or stay with straight analog lines to your Partner.
You can only assign caller ID information to a line that appears & Rings or rings only on the phone. Say line 001 is assigned to appear & Ring on ext 221. when you go under telco features and show features assign you will then be asked "What Line?"... If you wish not to have lines appearing...
Jay, the book calls for an additional power supply for the second DSS. I would suggest another 1151-A. Not exactly sure how to wire it, the book fails on that. Give me a call tomorrow or today if you are reading this the day after yesterday.
Jeff
Sorry I assume these both are Magix systems. IF not same system still could be done depending on what the other site can handle. Always can consider a service through your local phone company like centranet, where the phone compnay ties the two locations and you access by dialling 9 then the...
THis is a big job setting up and ACD with reporting for someone who has never done it. I would suggest yo pay the money for an installer and watch and learn so then you can maintain and adjust later. GOod luck
Treat your analog station ports the same as your digital. I fyou know what DID you want to assign to the fax, then build a target line for that DID in the MICS and then assign that target line to the analog ext fo rthe fax. No different than for a digital set.
Are the systems tied together? If so you would set up the networking and have your non-local UDP be the 5XXX numbers in switch A and say 4XXX numbers as the non-local UDP in switch B. So when you go off hook on site A and dial 5xxx the systems knows it 5xxx are not part of the dial plan and...
When you call the extension internally it gets answered after two rings by a modem tone? Go under TERM&SETS and capabilities and check the fwd no answer and see if that is set for anything other than none. Just to make sure, this is an MICS and not a CICS, right?
