Thanks, Folks:
We powered down and removed the power supply. The plastic pin on the 511A, which pushes the interlock switch on the back of the power-supply board, was worn. We placed a layer or 2 or electrical tape over the end of the pin, reinstalled the power supply, and no more problems.

We have a Legend R 5.0 V10.0 with 391A3 power supply, 2 408 GS/LS-MLX and 1 012 module. Increasingly, we find in the morning the system has shut itself down overnight. Cycling the power supply switch will bring it back. Sometimes a slammed door nearby will kill it, other times it seems...
