You must enable the SNMP Sets in the compaq management agents icon which is located in the control pannel of the remote server you like to set the threshold. When asked to restart the agents tell yes. then you will be able to set the threshold of the disk. regards dani- SystemsEngineer

There is a knowledge base article by nai.com which describes the solution that helps me to access the epo from a outside domain with another user then the installed one. Unable to initialize remote agent - Performing standard backup.
This helps. We backed up a Virtuell Cluster Node and got this error message. But we did'nt get the Error message when we backed up the physical Node. Since we set the RestrictAnonymous Support to 1 on the Media Server, we did'n get any further error messages while backing up the virtuell cluster...- SystemsEngineer
