    Thanks TouchToneTommy. Do you know of such an outboard device? I'm looking at viking's site but haven't found anything that I think will work (but then again I'm not sure what I'm looking at/for). Thanks

    Is there any way with a Partner ACS 4.0 to either A - Foward calls off site via the auto attendant or B - Call in and get an internal dial tone or drop to a different line to route a call through?
