    MS Word Locking Up When Not On Our Network

    Check "File Locatiions" settings in Word on the problem laptops. You do this by using TOOLS\OPTIONS\FILE LOCATIONS. It is possible that the default location where Word is trying to read and save is a network server that has a mapped drive.

    Old print jobs are repeating themselves

    This problem is with a Windows 2000 Server. It is a member server on my NT Domain.
