    Decision labels next to the decision symbol

    Good question, I have had the same problem, my solution is to not label the line, but use a Yes/No small-font, no-line, no-fill, text block and placing the text block where it needs to be on the diagram i.e next to the decision block.

    Release date of Visio Viewer ?

    It is available now at: http://office.microsoft.com/downloads/2002/VWC10.aspx Seems to work fine if you do not have visio loaded on the target PC. If you do, it is a wasted 2+MB download and install because visio starts and not the viewer when browsing a visio diagram.
