Hi all, I've got an HDS9200 array with 62 luns configured and all my windows servers can only see the first 8 luns. I need them to be able to see all 62 so I can mask out some of the luns. All the w2k servers have qla2200 hbas installed. Any ideas? Thanks

I normally use a rule of thumb of one gatekeeper per DG that is using SYMCLI options. For example if one of the servers had 4 DG's each performing TimeFinder commands I'd have 4 gatekeepers for that server. That way you never end up with conflicts.

The DNS setup appears to be OK. I can resolve the hostname, the fully qualified hostname, and the IP address for both the client and the server. I can ping all of the hostnames and IP addresses for the hosts involved but I still get the "Authentication error".

no. I try to start up the manual backup window and it says that it can't find a server. When I then try to start up the admin window to connect to the server it gets the Client Authentication error.

The \nsr\res\servers file is populated and all the network tests came back successfully. Any ideas?
