Before I would buy a new processor, I would try to reinitialize the processor [F989 - 25327] You may want to do a back-up first. If no trouble after reinitializing the processor you could try a restore. If after a restore the trouble comes back - Reinitialize and re-enter the data manually.

Hi twofeathers, you didn't mention if your current configuration is requiring one or two carrier's. If it's two, it could cost you $$$ to upgrade to an ACS.

Can anyone tell me what code is used (ex; LK4 + DP15 = day ring) to add hotline/DSS keys to a phone on a professional level-1? Also is ther possibly a copy (extension) program code? Any basic codes would be a great help. Thanks for your time and your help!
