I have been experiencing this with our Managers using the exchange server 2003 in conjunction with there Blackberry's or I Phones. Once the user even just highlights that app on the hand device all messages in Outlook 2007 go to read. It could be that this is what you are seeing as well. It has...
We have recently upgraded to Office 2007 and I have one PC that has changed ownership in the Company and the new user showed me that when she opens a Word doc it automatically opens in the print preview screen in front of the regular view screen. I assume that the previous user changed a...
I have a 2003 SBS server running Exchange for small company. One PC in our system was infected with a virus last week that attempted to send itself out but his Norton prevented the emails from going. I have since cleaned the PC but we started getting delay messages on emails going outside our...

I removed the term services and installed the access software then started them back up with good results. Installed Office 2007 after that and everyting running fine. thanks for the info and help.
That is what I was going by but it comes up and says some features will not work on a term server and all I need on there is Access 2000 not the entire suite. I used the custom install utility and removed everything but Access from the install pack. At still fails to launch setup.
I have built a server 2008 box as a trial term server and need to load office 2000 on it to run access DB. I have used the resource toolkit to biuld a custom instll MST file but it still want start the install when I run the commmand line script. Should I have loaded it prior to installing the...
I think you misunderstood my statement regarding coding. I was a bit surprised with your response. I have a fair amount of coding knowledge but as I said I had not ventured much into this particular object. I am in now way a programmer but do make do on my own with little help. I have come to...
I am creating a new form to take multiselected tech id numbers and assign a dispatcher to monitor them. Each tech has multiple jobs assigned to him in a table. The list box I created from a query to ID techs with jobs for that day in the table. I have added a combo box with the source for the...
I have resolved the issue. Thanks everybody for the help.
It turned out that after checking the DST patches on our Exchange server that listed KB926666 as being installed I found a newer version KB926666-v2-x86-ENU was available and solved the problem.
Thanks,
Mike
All clients on system have been checked for DST patches and Outlook time zone settings. Internally, we have no time discrepancies but only when we receive from outside the network. I have to say that the issue lies with the Exchange server as it is interpreting the incoming information.
Any...
I would agree that this appears to be DST related. Yet I have downloaded and verified the installation of all DST patches out there for client and server OS's. I am not very versed with the Exchange server as we just launched that last year and haven't had many issues to warrant serious digging...
We have been seeing invites come over with start times and once the invites are accepted it logs it into the local user calendar and changes the time forward by one hour. I checked all local systems to insure time zone and daylight savings are set correctly as well as the server. I wasn't able...
Thanks PHV.
I tried both strings and they both gave the accurate calculations. I was digging through the system trying to find a relational issue causing it.

In an offline copy of our DB (Access 2000) I built a query to tally certain records per employee and give percentages for metrics evaluation. The string is;
SELECT qryTechMetrics_RawData.[Tech #], Count(qryTechMetrics_RawData.[Install Date]) AS [CountOfInstall Date]...
Well, I found the setting that was needed in the options/view/print and web layout section for text boundaries.
Unchecking the box cleared the border that was present.
Thanks for all the help and hope this info will help others.
Back again,
As I mentioned in my repost, we are running office 2000 suite but have upgraded the Outlook to 2003 for exchange server use. I have searched for the normal.dot file and it is not found, only normal.fmt is in the C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\OFFICE11\1033 folder. I am checking...
Sorry for the lapse in senses there. We are stuck on Office 2000 because I like it and no need to upgrade in my eyes... I will check that file and see what may be irregular there. I have checked all the border and shading options as well as reset most of the to the factory default. It is odd...
