    Thanks, but I already tried removing, uninstalling and reinstalling, rebooting, etc. No luck with any of the above.

    I downloaded and installed service pack 3 for Win2k and it wiped out my cd-rom. I downloaded new drivers for it and now Win2k won't load them and gives me error message device isn't working properly windows is unable load drivers for this device error code 31 how can I fix this?
