Has anyone run into VPN problems with Symantec software?

She has recently had her computer redone with Windows 98, Office 2000, Norton Anti-Virus, and Norton SystemWorks. Do I need NAV for web browsing only?
GOD YES, put NAV on that box! Hell, even WITH NAV, my home box is warning me through Norton Internet Security that someone routinely tries to access my computer through a Trojan!- Slither

Has anyone run into VPN problems with Symantec software?
I have a home user who is running Norton SystemWorks on her computer. She disabled Norton AntiVirus while doing the VPN install as instructed, but cannot connect with VPN once she has completed the install and re-enabled AntiVirus. Suggestions?- Slither
