Yes, it does. When you install Acrobat, you will find there is an extra 'pdf maker' toolbar available in word. This toolbar has an icon 'Convert to Adobe PDF and Email'- murgle1

As far as the submit button is concerned, it should initially be visible (obviously, otherwise you wouldn't be able to click on it. Actually, it can be done. What you are referring to is security that prevents this script from running within a document.
