PS 6-Text in a circle

Hi, I am trying to figure out whether it is possible to create text in a circle shape in PhotoShop 6. I am creating a cd label and would like the text to circle in a single line around the edge of the label. The "warping" command has not been helpful so far. Any hints??? Thanks!!
