    very very annoying message which seems to originate in Excel but affects all other programs.... when I try and copy a cell in Excel I get the message "cannot empty the clipboard", even though according to the clipboard toolbar there is nothing there. Any ideas? muchas gracias...

    In fact, as far as I can tell Instance Manager doesn't allow editing of reports, only reruns of the same report. Ah well, at least the sun's shining (here anyway). Thanks for your advice......

    Is there any way to edit a scheduled recurring report in crystal enterprise? For example, to change a recipient. It was possible to do it in Info Desktop but this functionality seems to have been removed in order to wind me up.
