I work in the trainer brokerage division for a CTEC in Philadelphia. I would say the general rate is anywhere between $600/day to $850/day (if they are not local, then add travel expenses which typically we use:$35/day for food, plus hotel, and airfare&car rental or $0.31 per mile they drive)...- DKahl
