Thanks both for comments - I'll be passing them on to our IT dept. I think the next step is for me to find out how the disclaimer is being added to emails (3rd party software, system stamp, G'wise signature etc etc). I guessed wongly that this was a standard and straight forward Groupwise...- DogBolter

Hi - hope someone can help My company uses Groupwise 6.0.1 - I'm a user rather than an IT person but trying to help them solve a problem I have. when I attach a .csv file to an email and send it to an external email address, the csv file attachment is being changed.
