Hi, Im trying to save an entry in my database as a word document or something simular.I have tryed to save as html but the save formatted option is greyed out. Can anyone advise why this is or how I can save the information in my access form as a word or html document? regards, Simon

robert, no it's definetly corrupted.i have 6 databases and all except 1 are unrecoverable so im told by companies who specialise is this type of work. not sure if i should try and do another restore of the files from the original hard drive ? simon
