    Hey JoePhoneGuy, Depending on the software version - the incoming call may need to be a hunt group call. With the MICS 7.0 and CP100 or 150 rel 3.0 it works great without being a hunt group call.

    Sorry about that.... Check the PRI configuration on Outgoing Line ID. under term. & sets check the "OLI", just to make sure their are no more than 10 digits. I had a similiar problem with a Legend Magix where I had inadvertently inserted a 1 in front of the "number to send" on the PRI setting...

    I can't seem to get the reporting function to work. I successfully installed the key code. I instaled the server app. on a computer but there is no response on reports. It might be that I need to load the client software on some other computer on the LAN. Any clues?
