Downloaded Ver. 8.28 driver to replace ver. 8.28 and it would not load during a number of attempts. It progressed about 60% and stopped. Slowing the link speed allowed 7 - 8 connections to AOL ver 8.0 at about 9K to 15K. Frequest disconnects as well as slow connection speeds.

Solution was simple. Video driver did not load. Now that it is loaded, every thing is fine.
