HP PSC2355 Color cartridge error
I have HP PSC2355 inkjet. Was working fine. Suddenly after installing a new color cartridge, got message on LCD panel to "check color cartridge". Basically locks up entire printer--no response from any buttons and will not print at all. Has anyone ever got past this, or do I have an HP...- ranjay

Be careful if Vista is 64-bit. One of my sales reps bought a nice HP laptop with Vista Ultimate 64-bit. I could not get Act 2000 to work on it, and was told (in error) that Act 2008 would work.
