    Has anyone had any luck getting USB devices to work on a DELL 4100 running WinME? It seems to work OK with keyboards & mouses, but not with "bigger" items such as a printer or scanner. Have come across this problem with HP and Canon printers/scanners.

    Win 98 Restarts on Shutdown

    It could actually be your power supply. I had an identical issue last week and a new power supply fixed the problem. THIS IS NOT TO SAY THAT A POWER SUPPLY IS "THE" FIX EVERY TIME THIS OCCURS, but is not to be ruled out.
