We have an internal group that only certain members of our organisation can send to. This has been set up in Active Directory using the Message restrictions facility. I need to give permission for one external user to send to this group, but as they don't appear in the AD, how can I add them in?

We rebooted the server last Tuesday and i am led to believe that there were no problems the next day as everbody could print as normal.
