That program has'nt worked, I keep getting the error message:- "Access violation at address 004BD159 in module 'filerecovery.exe'. Read of address 00000030" Do you know what that means??

I could'nt do that. O.K. the thing is:- The account is'nt accessable at the logon screen. In the Documents and settings folder the account Folder is there but I cannot access it, and when I go on properties it tells me that there is nothing in the folder.

No I cant do this procedure on Home because it just says that XP Pro is needed.
