Citrix - WindowsUpdate --- Installer Mode?
I have had mixed results by not running it in installer mode. Sometimes they seem to work and others they don't or they don't play nice. So as a rule, I usually run "change user /install" from a command prompt before running Windows updates.- jacutis

Check the database and the ODBC driver on the servers both TS and SQL. What SQL authentication are you using?
