i have a 4GB SCSI HD already in the Dell Optiplex GXa, i just added an additional IDE HD. The IDE hard drive is not being recognized upon boot. I updated the BIOS to no avail, does anyone have any suggestions?

no backup unfortunately...I am currently running r-undelete.exe, taking an image.dsk of the logical drive after which i will have to buy the software and in theory it should be able to restore the deleted files....I will let you know... Have you tried the software you are recommending?

I want to push a new IOS onto a 3524. I formated the flash and now cannot get a response from the switch. Does anyone know how to push a brand new IOS onto the switch?
