I was hoping to not have to trash the whole phone system because the voicemail PC gave up the ghost. Are there any resources for finding a reputable BP?
I've got an aging IP Office system which has been working great for almost 15 years now. The PC that hosted the voicemail, well, I can't say the same.

Here's the scenario we're trying to accomplish:
Caller calls into an office anytime day or night; a recording plays explaining the call may be recorded and info used to collect a debt; the caller is then transferred (or perhaps dials 0) to get to the receptionist.

The issue now is reception seems to be running out of buttons. Most of the staff there only uses VM, Xfer to VM and DND - but reception needs to see who's on the phone, and she thinks she's running out of buttons, since she has the 9 lines which leaves her 21 buttons - and she's using Xfer to...
We've already got carriers and expansion room - it was really just a question of how to best handle the appearance.
I think Telecomboy is right - they're going to want to see the lines and will have to give up some speed dials in the process.

We don't do a ton of Partner set up work - we manage the basics - adding extensions, voicemail, setting up AA, etc. but we don't have a lot of clients without phone vendors (and maybe now is the time we pass the baton on this particular case)...
