I have a 3 x 8 DS system installed and whenever I call to a location that is answered by an ACD I cannot enter ANY choices without the line disconnecting. This is a replacement for a system that went belly up and use to work.
WHAT AM I MISSING?
I have a user that has some, [noevil] workers that turn down the ringer to avoid calls.
Is there a way to block this and still allow use of other features on their phone.
