I need to see all references to the sections to make sure they are correct. for example my text reads:
"calculation is required to be made under Section 4.2 of this Agreement" where 4.2 is highlighted. So any reference (1.1, 1.2, 1.3, 1.1.1, 1.1.2, and so on) needs to be highlighted.
We are having the same issue. The emails are being delivered to the callpilot inbox, even though we set it to deliver to the user's inbox. We've given this user a brand new computer, but still no go. Anyone know what's up with this? Thanks.
That did the trick! Now, can you tell me how that all caps box got checked in Styles? I don't think any of my users would know how to do that even if they wanted to, and it happened in a document template!
Thanks for your help.
We would like to donate our old HP Netserver LH4 but I need to remove all the data. Can anyone give me a step by step? If i hit ctrl+m i can get to utilities. Do I just reformat?
Thanks.
We are running Exchange 2003 Enterprise. The default size set for email items in mailboxes and public folders is 10mb. However, we are finding that this is not large enough as some attachments are over 10mb. What is a "safe" limit to set for email items?

Thank you, that did the trick! Now I have the problem of macro security. Every time I open the template i get that macro warning and on other workstations the macro doesn't work at all. Message says it doesn't exist or security blocked it! Any ideas? Thanks.
My problem is this: I need to create a letterhead template with certain sections protected. I have done this. However, I created a macro to choose specific paper trays when printing out the final letter and linked the macro to a toolbar button. But when I print from File-Print, ctrl+p, and...
HOw do you add the toolbar plug in if it isn't there already. A user is running Windows/Office XP with Adobe 6.0, but there is no converttopdf button on his toolbar (although it is there on others). How do I get the toolbar button in Word with reinstalling Acrobat?
Thanks.
is there a way to configure windows XP or Server 2003 to send deleted documents or folders to the recycle bin, either on the local workstation or on the server it's stored on?
When I send an email with an attached link to a document stored on our network from a Windows XP machine (MS office XP SP2)to another user in the network, the link cannot be opened by the receiver. It appears in the email, but is not underlined and has <> on either end. HOwever, when I log on...

I am trying to understand the "metadata" issue. How does hidden information get into a document. Do you have to actively put it in, or does the system put it in? If I type just a plain word document, what's hidden in there, besides what you can see in properties?
All documents are created in...
