    SECC works with Voice Services Card. SCCS works with Meridian Mail. These are standart NN solutions. Now they do offer a new device - MPS (Media Processing Server). What functionality do u wanna use?

    maybe definity has embedded callcenter control utility? Symposium is the separate application on separate server, that's why no setup can be made using dialpad of the phone.

    TAPI does know nothing about skillsets, 'cause TAPI is the API, and skillset is just a NN call distribution solution. However you can try other interfaces SCCS does provide.

    How do I convert a prompt in SBC format to WAV? I've tried to open it with GoldWave, which is recommended by Nortel in the MIRAN documentation, it did not help. Opened file contains noise only. U/A-law changing also did not help.
