Hi The OS is SP6 and the Exchange is SP4 so I think I am covered there! I am using Norton anti Virus Corporate edition on both servers. Can you give a little more info as to what to look for here? Hi Thanks for your suggestions I installed SP1 and SP2 yet the autosigniture reappeared again on restart. However I took your advice from another thread and recreated his .OST file for offline use and this seems to have eliminated the problem. Hopefully it stays eliminated!
