I hadn't heard that there was a possibility of converting existing BO universes to the FrameWork Manager/Packages format. I'm surprised it didn't come up in the many demos we've had. Where did you get the info? I'd like to know more. It would certainly make the transition easier!

I use this sql to get a list of document information. One of the things included is the dataprovider name. It would be simple enough to put the tables in a universe and make a report from the associated objects...

You certainly CAN export templates. You'll need to browse for them. Change the filetype in the dropdown to template and select the one you would like to publish.
