Have a customer who says he can pick up line 1 and his office mate next door can also pick up line 1 at the same time. They are not in any kind of conference mode.
They upgraded their CICS software from 4x8 to standard because they wanted to add a 5th line but I don't think that would cause this...
We just moved a CICS Norstar and the customer used to be able to see and/or scroll through the numbers captured. They subscribe to caller ID on line 1 only.
