    When you build the DTS package make sure you uncheck the box that tells SQL to enable itentity insert. That will leave the identity colum alone. The default values for any col are only used if the col does not allow null values. Hope this helps... Dave

    I would suggest making the linux partition ext3, ntfs is going to cause problems. Sometimes if you do not change any of the bootloader options the MBR will not be updated.

    You should be able to run the installer for RH again to rebuild the MBR using GRUB as your bootloader, this will make accessing the non linux partitions easier. After you have linux running and booting properly you will need to edit the bootloader menu for GRUB something like this to allow it...

    You said that your developing in a Win2k environment, is your ISP also IIS or unix based? sometimes the translation of text files from DOS to unix is not so great and results in some extra hidden characters in the html.
