There's been an issue with a hack at MrExcel and the host for the banner for Dreamboat & Relay for life so if any of you are using the HTML code for the banner could you please re-visit the thread at MrExcel and update your code with the new code accordingly. Cheers!

Haven't got your answer but a few suggestions.
To run a macro each time the file opens use the Workbook_Open event or Auto_Open
Check out http://www.j-walk.com/ss/excel/tips/tip57.htm to determine the file creation date
Have a look in the VBE help for the Kill Statement
