I've got a query that pulls up individual data based on dates. Is thare a way to output this data onto a calendar type report? I can pull up individual calendars for each person, but i need a "master" calender for all monthly inputs for all the people.

The problem with that is the people that I send reports to change daily depending upon the information in the report. Once the macro and query run, it generates a report for everyone that requires it that day. Only the names that need the report are there, not the entire email group.
