Currently qfarm will give me a load since it is still working with "user load". If I remove this counter from its load balancing group its load is 0. All servers are licensed to XPe and running FR2. Fustrating isnt it? I went through the basics already and came up empty handed.

Hey Mike, The server is assigned to a custom load balancing group already (all the servers are members of this group). The problem is that none of the counters are working except for "user load" (cpu, memory, pagefaults all report as 0). Hope this sheds some light on the issue.
