Thanks XMSRE for the idea. It turns out that he uses an older Palm device. I don't have much experience with CDO but will do some reading to learn a little bit more. I will try to follow up with my findings.

I am seeing random events change times in the Calendar. I have made sure that the Daylight Savings time setting is checked and everything looks right (Time Zones, etc.). It rarely happens but some appointments do seem to change by one hour. Any ideas?
I think the patches will prevent infection but not clean it up. Look in your C:\WINNT\system32\wins folder. The virus drops some .exe's DLLHOST and SVCHOST. These are probably the problem. Here is some more info...

Windows 2K Server was running fine with Backup Exec 8.0. Job logs printing automatically every night. Upgraded to 8.6 and logs won't print. I have it selected to print in the Options/Job Logs/Print job log after job completes. We use this in-house and it works fine. Some clients it works...

Just wondering if YOU had made any progress. I have applied the patch to Winstall but no difference. Still getting the re-installs. Also have upgraded the Windows Installer to 2.0 but no difference there either. Any other ideas out there? If not, coaching sounds pretty good.
