Backed up mailboxes with exmerge on MS-Exch 5.5 now users lost contact
You should not be using exmerge for backup purposes. Use some sort of backup software and backup your IS. Might want to do some more research and backup other files like your dir.edb too. Exmerge should be used to clean your site of virus mail and the like.- Truedus

Change where sent items go.
Sure make her use two profiles, one for personal and one for "services" OR Have her use the From Line when creating new messages and enter the Services mailbox in From address line. To get a From Field,open a new message, go to View and check the "From Field"- Truedus
