    Hey all: thanks for your reply. I got the cfw to work. I had to change the marp to be on the 500 set. Now all the phones with this dn do what ever this 500 set is programmed to do. Pretty neat!!! thanks Kenny

    I have a multiple appearance dn programed on key 13 of a 2616 that is accessed via voice mail. The customer wants the call to ring 5 times at the sets and then forward to an outside dn. The primary dn has voice mail. I programed a 500 set with this same dn but now it goes to the forward number...
