    The arp table is dynamic and short lived. I've seen a 48 port switch before with only 5 to 10 arp entries, so that's not always reliable. Is the switch part of your network or just a stand alone device? Have you tried other 2K devices to make sure it's not just in the 2K's IP settings...

    Alternative to Sniffer Reporter?

    We use Excel to play with all the numbers. Reporter usually limits you to who you can sort through for the most part. It takes some getting used to and if you have more than 64,000 lines Excel won't open the whole thing, but there's ways around that.
