How do you get rid of this message for a user? I've tried re-certifying their ID but it hasn't helped... they get it for any message encrypted by anyone.
Low call quality can be due to a defect loop / shelf.

STAT DCH
If one state is "released"this can be the reason for the problem.
First disable the D-Channel
DIS DCH 12
Then change to LD 60
DISL 12 Immediatelly disables the loop
DISI 12 Waits until all calls are finished...
I look after a Notes / Domino system and we have a database a few Gb in size that works quite well, replicating from Newcastle UK tor Dortmund without any errors or conflicts.
Naturally for users accessing through passthru via the web it would be very slow, but other than that it seems...
Can anyone recommend any good books on Meridian in general and also Symposium Call Center Software?
I've been put in charge of an Option 61 Meridian and although I know it a little, I'm not that well versed and you have to admit the documentation is a little dry :-p
