    How do you get rid of this message for a user? I've tried re-certifying their ID but it hasn't helped... they get it for any message encrypted by anyone.

    Can anyone recommend any good books on Meridian in general and also Symposium Call Center Software? I've been put in charge of an Option 61 Meridian and although I know it a little, I'm not that well versed and you have to admit the documentation is a little dry :-p Thanks in advance!
