Tekmazter, Have you tried this with success? Wouldn't the Administrator still have to log on to do this? The article says; "Non-administrators receive a "System error 5 has occurred. Access is denied" error message when they attempt to change the password. " Again, have...

Need to change w2kpro local admin password remotely on all stations

Group Policy isn't how I want to solve this issue. Even so I don't see how I can change the local admin password that way. I looked at the site you (bgauntt) suggested and didn't see anything I could use. It may be there but I didn't see anything. Thanks.

DHCP W2K I have to change my IP pool - How is the best way?

ShackDady, Yes I can disable each scope within the supscope. That was what gave me the idea of putting the new scope within the superscope. I'm in the process of weeding out the few Static IPs (printers, servers, etc) and moving them out of one of the scopes. Then I'll simply turn that scope...

    terminal services on 2000 pro

I use VNC from AT&T. It's free and works very nice. I support many PCs in the field that are connected to our Wide area network. For remote control it replaced all my PCAnywhere installs. It only lacks a file transfer function. http://www.uk.research.att.com/vnc/ regards.
