Thanks Jim, I have set up both SK98 & 99 and when I open up my SK98 calendar in SK 99 it converts it to a new format and saves a backup. However, when I go back to 98 and open up the 99 calendar, nothing I entered in 99 appears. Am I missing something? Regards, Kym
