so how would I do the vdn thing? I know I have it. I am new. I can change the cor locally and then program to a button and it works. so how to set up (step by step method for me please) on how to change a vdn.

I have service observing going programmed to a button. Is it possible to monitor while off site. Is there a way to dial into the switch auto attendant or an extension, to then press a code or a button while on the phone off site to then input an ext and observe?
If so? how to go about?

I think the pairs for this are all dry. Question? does the dslam have its own NAT? I figure the guy needs the Wan input (the sbc static ip) plugs and configures it into the dslam. converts it etc... he uses the modems in the far part of the apt complex to connect or authenticate it's (modems)...
