We are seeing Real Speak errors coinciding with multiple caller application changes and deployment.
The pattern is as follows:

I've got EC-500 set up on a switch with CM 1.2. Everything is working ok except for 1 person who has two IP phones. If he has received an EC-500 call on his cell, and wants to go back to his desk to finish the conversation, he cannot pickup the call appearance even though it is...
These tones are used for Analog Networking message servers. I cannot get the 8700 to produce these tones over the H.323 trunk. Has anyone ever dealt with this before?

I've got a better way. Set up a Caller App to be your special "messaging" application.
This will allow you to send callers directly to someone's mailbox by dialing the "messaging" number, then when it answers, you dial the mailbox number then release.
Are you familiar with Caller Apps...
Sounds like it could be a DTMF timing issue or not enough DTMF receivers in the switch so if so, it may come back when traffic is high.

Yes, I have AAS activated but when using it with RONA, it will log out if the port is rung and doesn't answer, which is the way it's supposed to work.
However, I've learned that if you busyout and release the ports, they will be logged back in. Either that or remove them from the hunt group...
