I had to replace my damaged VS80 drive and the replacement works fine with Windows 2000 Backup utility but ARCServe or even Tapeware won't recognise media inserted and ARCServe says "Media Unrecoverable". Have updated the firmware etc. ARCServe 2000 is version 7 build 1110 (I think). Have rolled...
No, that is not a proper explanation of an issue. I say this because I have managed to resolve this by just updating the DLT VS80 drivers from the HP site.
What happens is that ARCServe, on installation, overwrites the hardware provider drivers. I am now getting speeds of upto 250 mb/min. And...
Would appreciate quick help on this one.
I am using Arcserve 2000 AE (Version 7) with SP5 installed . The DLT drive is a brand new HP VS80 DLT Drive. The server is a ML370 and am backing up local drives.

Hi, Need help with this error. Recently purchased a NC4010, has a gb ethernet port + wireless. SecuRemote installation goes peacfully and on rebooting says can't find dialup adapater to bind to. Running XP.
Any clues ???
Got a strange problem. On opening a message, Outlook won't display the complete message, only about 2 pagefuls and then the scrollbar won't go any further.

Any clue why ?

How do I find what the next sales order number should be and how do I should I add a new sales order to OEHDR and maintain the order sequence ?
I want to do this thru Access.
I get a date time stamp error while importing data into Access from APHDR and OEHDR files. Some of the date fields give me this error not all. Any solutions ?
You need to re-install the pervasive client on your PAS differently (assuming you are running PFW with Pervasive SQL 2000). Refer to the Pervasive client documentation where you have to modify env variables etc. If you can't find it revert and I will dig some more for that.
